Service Selection: Services are customizable based on needs. Selection is documented via Service Selection Table or annex.

Payment Terms: Full fees for selected services are due upfront before service delivery begins.

Information Accuracy: Franchisor must provide accurate, complete information for effective advisory support.

Limited Liability: Emtiyz liability is limited to fees paid for selected services. Refunds are only available in cases of proven serious breach by Emtiyz.

Governing Law: All services are governed by UAE law. Disputes are subject to Dubai courts jurisdiction.
