Our story
From one idea in Dubai to an international network
Emtiyz started in Dubai in 2005 with a simple idea: the success a business owner achieves in one location can become a system that succeeds again in other cities and countries — if it is documented the right way. Over more than twenty years Emtiyz has worked with thousands of brands and business owners across sectors and expanded through international representative offices, while the method stayed the same: understand the business first, then build what it actually needs.
Our mission
To help business owners turn their success into systems that can be repeated and scaled, with clear documents and a practical method.
Our vision
To be the region's leading partner for franchise system development and organising companies for growth.

Questions & answers

The franchise offer must be ready (agreements, manuals, commercial model); we review this before starting.
Do you guarantee a number of investors?
No. We market and qualify, but do not guarantee deal counts or results.
Is my commercial information published?
Only what you approve in the opportunity profile is published.
We do not publish prices; the advisor sets the scope and proposal after a short consultation. This content is general information, not legal advice.

The solution

Seven questions every investor should ask
If a franchisor cannot answer these clearly in writing, take more time before you commit.
- 1What are all the fees?Franchise fee, royalty, marketing and any others.
- 2Is the mark registered in my country?Ask for the registration certificate in the franchisor's name.
- 3What is my territory? Is it exclusive, and when can it be reduced?
- 4What training and support do I get? Before and after opening, and who pays for it.
- 5Are there written operations manuals? No manuals means an incomplete system.
- 6How do current outlets perform?Ask for documented data, not verbal promises.
- 7How do I exit the agreement?Renewal, termination and transfer terms.

FAQ
Questions we hear every week
Can't find yours? Ask the AI Advisor, or book 15 minutes with an advisor.
How long does franchise development take?
We usually deliver within 4 to 6 weeks through the Emtiyz Portal; the exact timeline is set in the proposal according to the package.
How much does franchise development cost?
It depends on the business type, stage, outlets, existing documents and target markets. So we price it in the proposal after the consultation, not before we understand your business.
I only have one outlet. Can I franchise?
Possibly, if it is profitable, documented and not dependent on you daily; proof in more than one location strengthens your case with investors. The readiness check gives you a first view.
Is Dabt AlMasar a franchise?
No. It is a management and operations service to organise your existing company, and it can come before franchising later.
Do you guarantee investors or deals?
No. Emtiyz is a consultancy; we market your brand through our channels but do not guarantee investment outcomes or deal counts.
What happens in the free consultation?
15 minutes with an advisor who has read your answers, discussing your options and the next step. No commitment afterwards.
