Emtiyz started in Dubai in 2005 with a simple idea: the success a business owner achieves in one location can become a system that succeeds again in other cities and countries — if it is documented the right way. I only have one outlet. Can I franchise?
Possibly, if it is profitable, documented and not dependent on you daily; proof in more than one location strengthens your case with investors. The readiness check gives you a first view.
Is Dabt AlMasar a franchise?
No. It is a management and operations service to organise your existing company, and it can come before franchising later.
Do you guarantee investors or deals?
No. Emtiyz is a consultancy; we market your brand through our channels but do not guarantee investment outcomes or deal counts.

How Emtiyz Franchise Consultants collects, uses and protects the information you share through this website.
What we collect
When you book a consultation, submit an assessment, request a service or chat with the AI advisor, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, e-mail, phone number, country and the answers you give about your business. Downloading a document through a secure link records the time of the download.
Why we use it
To prepare and hold your consultation, review your assessment, prepare a proposal, answer your questions and follow up on your request. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to deliver these functions (video-meeting and e-mail providers).
Cookies and analytics
The website uses a session cookie needed for bookings and the client portal, and stores your language preference in your browser. Aggregated usage statistics (pages visited, source of the visit) help us improve the site; they are not used to identify you.
